Hello friends, welcome to February!
I'm happy to report that 2023 is off to a great start and our team saw a productive January. We welcomed new out-of-town clients to our area and helped our local buyers and sellers who were ready to make a move in the new year. Thanks to being a great place to live (see article below) and stabilizing interest rates, we believe that our 2023 local real estate market will continue to thrive, without the frenzy of 2021 (thank goodness!). Spring is right around the corner and we all know that there's no better place to be than springtime in NC!
