MEET TONI
Toni has been working in real estate since 2016. She began her career while attending real estate classes at night and was soon offered the opportunity of a lifetime to work side by side as a personal assistant to the legendary David Ogilvy, Realtor, in Greenwich, Connecticut. Her hands-on experience, paired with her natural organization and people skills, quickly set the foundation for a career built on trust, precision, and care.
Hard-working, considerate, and loyal, Toni brings a compassionate and thorough approach to every client interaction. She is known for working tirelessly behind the scenes to make the buying and selling process as stress-free as possible. Toni communicates in whatever way works best for her clients, whether that is phone, email, or text, and she is readily available during evenings and weekends. “I love working with people, troubleshooting, and helping homes look their absolute best,” says Toni. Her ability to anticipate needs and follow through with care makes her an invaluable part of the team.
Before real estate, Toni pursued a degree in Human Resources and worked full time with Starwood Hotels and Resorts as a staffing coordinator, where she assisted hundreds of HR Directors across the United States. She is also a professional organizer with a special passion for working with seniors. Toni finds deep fulfillment in helping clients downsize or create safer homes so they can stay in place comfortably for as long as possible, building lasting relationships with both clients and their families along the way.
Toni first came to the Triangle on a visit, and two years later, it became home. She was drawn to the energy of downtown, the beauty of the Greenways, the culture, and the sense of community. From North Hills shopping to NC State, Hillsborough Street, Pullen Park, and easy access to both beaches and mountains, Raleigh offered everything she had been looking for.
Walking the Greenways, shopping, and getting lost in a great book are some of her favorite ways to unwind. Toni is also a proud mom to two sons, Joseph and Dylan, both 6'4"! Joseph shares her love of fast and foreign cars, while Dylan will graduate from NC State with a degree in mechanical engineering and a minor in physics. They are her greatest source of pride and joy.
As a way to give back to her community, Toni participates in the Compass Cares program, supporting meaningful causes throughout the local area.
